# CREATE command denied

 * When I reach step 2 in the installation process, I get an error message that 
   the CREATE command is denied – and no db tables are created.
 * What could the problem be?

 * The database user (DB_USER) you specified in your `wp-config.php` does not have
   the privilege to CREATE.
