Create condition to redirect

    Hi all,

    My links like /**/?rel=$ ($= ID number and *=letters)
    I need to redirect this kind links to /?rel=$ (need to remove first letters. but need to get same ID).

    I need to redirect my first link type to second link type with same ID. If anyone knows a solution please let me know.
