 * I am considering switching to WordPress, and I wanted to know if it is easy (
   or possible) to make your own complete design for your blog? I saw something 
   about a template maker, but ideally I want to design my page and then add the
   appropriate tags in where needed. Is that possible? Is there somewhere specific
   I should look for help?
