# Create Delete Categories

 * **Hi,**
 * I can’t delete the service called Economy Class in the column Service.
 * There is a red delete bin but it won’t delete.
 * I want to create another service called Gold.
 * The plugin seems very complex.
 * There is only 1 category called Default. There is no way of creating another 
   category. Is this because I need to update to Pro?
 * The plugin seems difficult to edit many of the entries.
 * Can you enlighten me please. My phone won’t permit screen shots due to ‘security
   reasons’.
 * Why can’t I delete those services?
