Create dimmed/semi-transparent boxes over text elements

    Hi,

    I am trying to create semi-transparent boxes over text elements, to create an effect of something that is covered by a color filter, similar to what we can see in the screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/SJ42eJ2f9LAMMtKvoZ2izxuffiFQ0k

    That wasn’t done with wordpress but with Wix. I would like to find a way to create similar effects with WordPress. Maybe the cover block can be dimmed and placed over a group or column block with text elements in it?
