 * I tried the search but didn’t find anything useful on this.
 * Is there any way to create a mailing list that consists of all registered users
   on my site?
 * When I create and publish new posts I want them to be emailed to all my registered
   users. I installed the cat2email plugin but that only sends the posts to a single
   email address. So from there I just need some way of setting up a mailing list
   that consists of all my registered users. This list also needs to be updated 
   as new users register.
 * Any help would be much apreciated.

 * well I just installed that and went through the readme but when I try to update
   my settings in the options -> subscribe2 I get the error
 * “Fatal error: Call to undefined function: update_categories_cache() in /home/
   victory/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2.php on line 704”
