    Dear team,
While configuring the Really Simple SSL I encounter an error which blocks my attepmt to install the certicifate.
Plugin cannot atomatically create folders, but it seems to me, that I cant do that manually neither.

I should create SSL folder with KEYS folder inside. But my FTP allows only to create folder inside WEB folder. To be honest I am amateur in this and I think I need some help, please.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hello @doriela,

These folders should be created one folder above the ‘root’ folder of your WordPress installation.

If the plugin cannot create these folders, and you don’t have sufficient permissions do it manually via FTP either; there might be a restriction by the hosting provider that prevents this.

Perhaps you could confirm with your hosting provider whether that might be the case here?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
