# Create Folder > No New Folder

 * Given we just installed this, but I feel this is not an advanced “experience 
   will help” issue. We create a new folder, then it shows a dropdown for “parent
   folder” with nothing but parent folder as an option, and no new folders show 
   up.

 * well naturally it is NOW working. previously where it now Says “Folder created”
   there was just a red line with no words. I assumed that was an error but I couldn’t
   see any words.
 * To any future readers:
    I dont know what fixed it. I tried creating a “New Site”
   folder 4x. 3 hours later it works.
