“Create Form” button is not working in WordPress v5.5. Nothing happens on clicking it. I am using Forminator v1.13.4

I have tried re-installing WordPress, and re-installing and resetting Forminator.

For reference, Create Quiz and Create Poll buttons are working properly.

  • Hi @iamsauravc

I hope you are doing good today.

I was not able to replicate this issue on my lab site with this configuration:
    WordPress v5.5
    Forminator v1.13.4

Also, we pushed Forminator v1.13.5 30min ago when I write this reply.
Could you update Forminator to the current version and see if that helps?

If that does not help could you check your browser console and see do any errors appear?

If browser console will be still empty, Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup. Also if this is a live site, please consider running this test on a staging site if possible.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Hi, thanks for your timely response.

I tried running the plugin first thing on a fresh WP install, and it works. As you suggested, some other plugins must have been causing this issue.

    Thanks a lot!
