 * Hi, I am wondering, how I can make a form?
    Yes, I have read that I have to click
   on Visual Form Builder>Add new Link/Form, but I don’t have that. All I have is
   a blank page when I click on All Forms. And under the Visual Form Builder I have:-
   All Forms -Entries -Export -Settings
