# create header image from recent post

 * Hello,
    I have downloaded free kale a few days agao. I am trying to set the header
   image with the recent post image and the caption url to the recent post too –
   so when I click on the header image I will be directed to the recent post is 
   it possible? could you pls teach me how to do that? thanks 🙂

 * Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work.
 * Does it work with kale pro? to be sure: I need the header image on the front 
   page to be my recent post image – and so when I click on the image I will be 
   taken to the post.
    Is that possible with kale pro? Thanks again for your help.

 * The posts slider is the closest thing to this, it uses the most recent x number
   of post in the category you select (which could in theory be a “featured” or “
   slider” category with all of your posts), but there’s not a specific single recent
   post feature in the header/banner area of Kale free or Pro.
