Hi @misstest. I don’t know of a way to create multiple orders for different users in bulk with WooCommerce. There might be a third party plugin that accomplishes this, but I’m not aware of any.
You might be able to accomplish this with a customization. Per our support policy, customizations are outside the scope of the support we can offer, but we have a customizations page with resources for contacting a developer for help. You can also ask about this on the WooCommerce Slack Community or WooCommerce FB group which are great places for customization questions like this.
