    When booking an appointment on the site, there is no input field for creating a password during the initial information entry. As a result, users can encounter an error stating “Email already exists!” if they try to book another appointment using the same email. Although there’s an option to log in for existing users, it requires a password that was never created due to the absence of the password creation field initially.
