We want to hide the field to stop customers having to complete it but we want to pre-fill it using a string of text plus a value from one of the custom fields we’ve got. For example, it would be the customer’s order number( the custom field) : Order Status Update. So the end result would be something like 1004324: Order Status Update. * Is it possible to pull the value of one of the custom fields on the form into the subject? * Thanks in advance! I know we can hide and pre-fill the subject but I wanted to keep the subject unique. * One other question (let me know if I need to raise this as a separate request), when you redirect the user after they have submitted the form using the [redirect = ” “] value, we want the redirect link to open in a new tab/window. However, you can’t use target = “_blank” within the embed code. In our situation we need customers to upload pictures before we can deal with their request.
