 * Hi,
 * Love the plugin, we’re about to launch this on our site but had a question over
   the subject field. We want to hide the field to stop customers having to complete
   it but we want to pre-fill it using a string of text plus a value from one of
   the custom fields we’ve got. For example, it would be the customer’s order number(
   the custom field) : Order Status Update. So the end result would be something
   like 1004324: Order Status Update.
 * Is it possible to pull the value of one of the custom fields on the form into
   the subject?
 * Thanks in advance!

 * Hi [@betterbathrooms](https://wordpress.org/support/users/betterbathrooms/),
   glad to hear you like the plugin!
 * I don’t think this will be possible at the moment unfortunately. However it’s
   a nice idea, so I’ll see if we can add it to the next update for you.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the reply.
 * That’s a shame but it would be good to see it in a future release, we’re just
   trying to keep the number of fields the customer has to complete to a minimum.
   I know we can hide and pre-fill the subject but I wanted to keep the subject
   unique.
 * One other question (let me know if I need to raise this as a separate request),
   when you redirect the user after they have submitted the form using the [redirect
   = ” “] value, we want the redirect link to open in a new tab/window. However,
   you can’t use target = “_blank” within the embed code. Is there any other way
   you can do this that you’re aware of?

 * We should be able to add a prefix/suffix option in the way you have described.
   Hopefully we can add it soon 🙂
 * I have created a new option for you regarding your second question. If you update
   the plugin to version 2.7.3 you can change your shortcode to the following:
 * `[zendesk_request_form new_window='yes']`
 * This will make the form open a new window when it is submitted.

 * That’s amazing, thank you!
 * Now I just need to get the form cleared after it’s submitted but I’ll figure
   that out with JS somehow.
 * This really is an amazing plugin, you should be proud!

 * Thank you for your kind words!
 * [This thread](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8701812/clear-form-after-submission-with-jquery)
   might help with resetting the form after submitting.

 * Done, have left a review for you 🙂
 * One last question for now – the attachment field, is there a setting which can
   make that a mandatory field, i.e. something has to be uploaded? In our situation
   we need customers to upload pictures before we can deal with their request. Having
   this as a mandatory field on some of forms would stop customers from missing
   it and then we have to go back and request them again.

 * Good question!
 * If you update to version 2.7.4 you can now force people to attach a file via:
 * `[zendesk_request_form attachments_required='yes']`
 * The update should show in your dashboard if you go to ‘Dashboard > Updates’
