 * I have a problem when converting the webp format of the plugin litespeed, Some
   images I can convert, Some images could not be converted. however the litespeed
   plugin tells me that it is 100% optimized but in fact, it’s not like that, how
   do I do it?

 * sometimes webp could result in bigger size than origin , in that case, webp will
   be dropped
