 * I am interested with improving the wordpress community. I would like to contribute
   with wordpress plugins. May I know if there is any guides for the beginners?
 * I have already installed wordpress on ubantu and started working the plugins.
 * can I know how to use the wordpress libraries and some useful information about
   them?
