Creating a product type/template

    Apologies if this is answered somewhere really obvious and I’ve missed it but after searching around I couldn’t find it.

    Is it possible to create a product type/template?
    So instead of using ‘single product’ and having to specify which attributes relate to the product and having to copy/paste my formatting for getting custom fields to show in the ‘short description’ I can just pick that product ‘type’ and it has the relevant attributes added and my short description template for that type of product?

    I will admit to currently being hopeless at web development so anything that can make this easily doable will be a huge help.

    EDIT: NEVER MIND! I’ve just spotted the ‘duplicate’ button and that’ll do what I’m after! I think I’ve been staring at this too long today haha.
