# Creating a WordPress user-based API key

 * Hello guys, I have this project that I want every registered user to get a rest
   API key.
 * I wouldn’t want them to use their password and username for the authentication,
   instead, I want each of them to be assigned a Token/Key which can also be made
   available(displayed) to them on their dashboard.
 * How can I do that please?
