 * Hi, a part from the title and the message I would like to add more fields to 
   the posts.
 * Is there a way to create custom post fields? If there is a good plugin much better
   because I don’t know PHP.

   to add fields to a post or page.
 * To display the custom fields, you can use shortcodes provided by the [Get Custom Field Values plugin](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/get-custom-field-values/).
