Creating new payment gateway

Hi,

I’m using woocommerce with MIO theme for a client in Turkey. I need to add a new gateway into payment gateways. It allows buyers to use credit cards issued by Turkey-based banks. When buyer choose this payment method he/she is redirected to bank’s API .

I tried to create a new class like below but I have no clue how to use this.
