Creating Pages

I installed an e-commerce plugin to try to get my head wrapped around Plugin’s functionality.

This plugin created about 4 pages when it installed. Inside the Admin CP, when I click on Pages, and then click on a page it created (Products) the only content in the HTML is [products]

in the View tab, there is an image that says “do not remove this image unless you know what you’re doing”…

Is there any documentation on how two create a tag similar to [products] that will generate what I want it to?
