 * Hi there,
    another accounting feature i need is to take a credit note. In the
   case of a customer doing a return I need to create a credit note for accounting
   reasons. Can this be done with pdf invoices? Maybe this is a feature request.

 * You can make the refunds within your order and cancel and recreate the invoice.
   This way the refunded amount will be displayed.
