 * Jetpack Boast complains of not being able to build a critical CSS file. The files
   listed are all templates for buttons produced by Beaver Builder, which I use
   on my site. I would not consider them critical files. They are perfectly accessible
   on my end. Yet Boast complains that its regeneration has failed.

 * Hi [@pistoscomputers](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pistoscomputers/)
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * Jetpack Boost sometimes struggles to generate Critical CSS for dynamic content
   like Beaver Builder templates. Even if those files aren’t truly “critical,” Boost
   may flag them if it can’t access or analyze them properly.
 * If the page looks fine and loads normally, you can safely ignore the warning —
   Boost will simply skip Critical CSS for those templates and continue optimizing
   other parts of your site.
 * Let us know if you’d like help reviewing anything further!

 * Thanks for the explanation. Is there a way that I can tell Critical CSS to skip
   certain directories (like Beaver Builder’s templates)? I know it is minor, but
   having the error flags is annoying and I notice that Critical CSS constantly
   wants to regenerate the CSS files because it thinks there was an error last time.

 * Hi [@pistoscomputers](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pistoscomputers/) –
 * Unfortunately, Jetpack Boost doesn’t work based on directories. You’d have to
   use the stylesheet handles as described here:
 * [https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-boost/#concatenate-css](https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-boost/#concatenate-css)
 * I’d recommend reaching out to Beaver Builder to ask for a list of handles used
   by Beaver Builder.
 * Let us know how it goes.

 * Hey there [@pistoscomputers](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pistoscomputers/)
 * There is a way to “tell” Boost to skip pages from Critical CSS generation.
 * However, we first need to identify what needs to be skipped. Can you provide
   your website’s URL so I can take a closer look at what Boost uses?
 * If you’re not okay sharing it publicly, you can use this form – [https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support&hpi=1](https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support&hpi=1)
 * Just make sure to include a link to this thread.
 * Once we identify what needs to be skipped, we’ll create a PHP snippet which you
   can add to your site.

 * Hello again.
 * I’m following up on my last request. I think I managed to find the website and
   I noticed that templates from Beaver Builder are no longer present on the website.
 * Critical CSS failed for the `fl-builder-template` post type and hasn’t been regenerated
   since the 23rd of June. I’ve added a ticket to look into ignoring Beaver Builder
   related post types from Critical CSS generation.
 * Currently, the website is broken, and I noticed that WP Fastest Cache is also
   installed. Both WP Fastest Cache and Jetpack Boost have features that overlap,
   and sometimes those features aren’t compatible. If you wish to use Critical CSS
   from Jetpack Boost, I suggest you disable some features related to CSS from WP
   Fastest Cache, as they seem to be competing with Jetpack Boost for the optimization.

 * Hi there, [@pistoscomputers](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pistoscomputers/),
 * Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive
   threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set
   before marking it as solved. Thanks!
