• Hi! I’m using LearnPress with Educenter Pro template.
I created a course, in the admin frontend and backend displays perfectly, but when not logged in, I get a critical error. I can not see any error in log file.
Could you please help fix this critical error. I have courses on going. It is a big problem for me…. Thanks a lot!

    Hi aidcalves1,

To help us pinpoint the source of the problem, could you please try a quick troubleshooting step?

Temporarily switch your website’s theme to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Five, and deactivate all plugins except LearnPress. Then, access your course page while logged out.

    • If the critical error disappears after switching to the default theme, it indicates that the issue is likely related to your Educenter Pro template. In this case, we highly recommend contacting the theme’s support team for the most accurate assistance. They will be best equipped to investigate and resolve any theme-specific conflicts.
    • If the critical error persists even with the default theme and only LearnPress activated, please let us know. We will then be able to rule out theme conflicts and explore other potential causes within LearnPress to find a suitable solution for you.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp
