 * There is a critical error occurring on my WordPress site caused by this plugin.
   Every time someone submits a form, a message appears saying “critical error”
 * However, the form entries do appear in the backend under “Entries”, so submissions
   are technically working — but the error message still shows up every time the
   form is submitted.

 * If you have any email notification set up on your form, can you please temporarily
   disable email notification and check if the error disappears? If this resolves
   the issue then please let us know which SMTP plugin and email sending service
   you are using on your website.
