We have to contact Thrive support. So, could it technically be that in these REST requests, Thrive Architect isn’t loading everything it should ( PHP License Class), and that’s why the error occurs? Ticket with Thrive has been open for a month and a half – I hope they get this fixed soon. This was very valuable comment! Good to know that we are not the only ones having these problems. Hopefully Thrive fixes these bugs soon. It has to do something with not loading everything in some AJAX-backend calls.
