# Critical Sendcloud Plugin Error when Sending Real Emails

 * Hello Sendcloud team,
 * On our live project _[ redundant link deleted ]_ we have encountered two critical
   issues while using the Sendcloud | Smart Shipping Service (v2.4.5) plugin:
    1. Fatal Error when sending real WooCommerce emails (not only preview)
 * The site records a fatal error every time WooCommerce email notifications for
   customers are generated (for example, the “Customer Processing Order” email).
 * Error details:

 * In WooCommerce, they remain stuck with the status Pending payment and are not
   automatically switched to Cancelled / Failed,
 * Previously (before installing/updating Sendcloud) WooCommerce correctly changed
   unpaid orders to Cancelled after the set time.
