 * Hello I get this message after restoring the website:
   “There has been a critical
   error on this website.”

 * How old is your backup approx?
 * Would it be possible for you to reproduce it with WP_DEBUG, WP_DEBUG_LOG and 
   WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY enabled, that should provide much more useful details.
 * If there won’t be anything on the screen it should be in file wp-content/debug.
   log or error.log
 * Have you tried with new edition of the plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/backup-backup/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/backup-backup/)?

 * the backup had just been created in order to migrate the website. I did the same
   with another website and everything worked fine. Unfortunately the transfer of
   the domain is already completed so that I can’t access the source WP App anymore.
   I’ve searched through the directory and couldn’t find any log file other than
   the one I’ve already posted.
 * I’ve tried to use the new edition plugin but only had the backup file created
   with the old plugin which turns into error.
