    I am setting up a website for a new business which needs to create some fairly complex pre-populated forms for customer use.
    I want to use a CRM to produce the forms and would like the data to be collected on the site and dropped into the CRM using a ‘decision tree’ method which creates the correct form based on inputs.
    Any suggestions for the best options for CRM product and how I would then integrate it into WordPress?
