 * Hello, I have been getting these messages below on my free version. I backup 
   manually so why am I getting the warnings? I’m not a tech on cron.
 * **Warning:** WordPress has a number (19) of scheduled tasks which are overdue.
   Unless this is a development site, this means that the scheduler in your WordPress

 * define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);
 * to
 * define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false);
