 * hello! I need to run the synchronization cron every less time, now I see that
   it is done at 00:00 every day. Where could I change it or, on the contrary, what
   url could I run from my server? Thank you!

 * The Cron to renew the lists and fields from Mailchimp?
   You can try changing it
   via a plugin like Advanced Cron Manager, but it might revert to once per day 
   again once you save MC4WP settings.
