# Cross-Posting Help

 * I am trying to find a Crossposter plugin that automatically copies new posts 
   to a specified WordPress.com account from my self-hosted installation of wordpress.
 * Is it possible? I have done many searches and come up with cross posting plugins
   for VOX, and LiveJournal … among some other blog type sites, though none for 
   wordpress.com.
 * Can anyone help?

 * There isn’t but there is a workaround. Get the livejournal crossposter cross 
   post to there, export your LJ posts and import into wordpress. Alternately you
   can go the more time consuming way and just cut past the code from each lj post
   into a wordpress post.
 * I use the former for wordpress and the latter for blogger because I can’t mass
   import into blogger.

 * I’ve spent the better part of a week trying to find a solution for my situation.
   We would like to offer our contributors the capability of cross posting on their
   blogs to a “community” blog…unfortunately, much to my surprise, there is no plugin
   that allows for cross posting wordpress to wordpress…odd since there are plugins
   for cross posting between wordpress and lj, myspace, etc…
 * I’ve toyed around with feedwordpress and other rss feeders but the problem with
   them is that we want full posts and not excerpts.
 * Can anyone point me in the direction of any possible work-arounds? I appreciate
   your responses…

 * The problem is still here. Is there any way to do this? Someone should write 
   a plugin to do this. Wish I could help out.
