 * Method Box on Checkout needs styling, I am unable to change the look on mobile
   as the courier my order checkbox and paragraph float on the right with mobile.
   It needs to float left. Also, the padding around the Method Box needs to be set
   to 0px. I also want to remove the border which is grey and set to 1px all around.
