I’m trying to change image on social icons on hover.

It was working before last update.
I had some problem with background images but that I fixed somehow.
I think there is problem with single and double qoutes because only have problem when I’m using that in advanced setting CSS
Could you please direct me what could I do because I tried shutting down all plugins, also Virtue plugin and nothing changed,made some really small changes in php that couldn’t make any error in css. I know I’m not using premium theme but any help would be good because I can’t do any CSS animation I would like to apply.

The theme options css has a validator to protect the database a little.
It’s possible it’s stripping out your quotes.
I suggest using a child theme and that css file, Or a plugin that writes a file like: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/simple-custom-css/
I’ll look into updating in the future and opening up the css file for quotes.
