 * How can I make permanent changes to the CSS? We’d like to edit the Bootstrap 
   form.
 * In specific the background color of the “.payment_box.payment_method_stripe_cc,
   
   li.payment_method_stripe_cc .payment_box” and the background color of “.wc-stripe-
   bootstrap-form”.
