 * Hello,
 * Thank you for your button plugin.
 * If I don’t use the CSS code to insert into my theme stylesheet, will the code
   as it is in html body be lost or damaged when there are theme or WordPress updates?
   I don’t have a child theme.
 * If I have a static page, must I absolutely use [maxbutton name=’my-buy-button’
   url=’[http://yoururl’%5D](http://yoururl’%5D) If so, will it open in the same
   window or a different one?
 * Is it best to use no follow?
 * Thank you for your help.

 * Depends on the theme. If you put it in style.css and the theme is updated, then
   yes.

 * No you can use any of the shortcode formats, pretty much everywhere.
 * > If so, will it open in the same window or a different one?
 * Depends on your settings ( the one about opening in new window mostly ).
 * > Is it best to use no follow?
 * That depends on the situation ( [article](http://searchengineland.com/infographic-nofollow-tag-172157))

 * Thank you so much for your reply Bas!
 * Please help me understand your answer to question #1.
 * What you are saying is if I do not do anything with the CSS code and just leave
   things as they are by default (leave the CSS code as it is in the html body)
   nothing will be damaged or deleted during theme or WordPress updates?
 * While I’m at it, could you please tell me
 * 1) on the free version, green and blue are the only colors we have to choose
   rom?
 * 2) if so and I upgrade to the least expensive paid version of your plugin, will
   I have more buttons and/or colors to choose from? I can’t tell from the description.
 * Thank you,
    Gail

 * Hi Gail,
 * I’m not sure what you want to accomplish with the CSS story but if you let the
   plugin handle this and don’t change anything yourself it will keep working no
   matter the updates you do.
 * Did you try to install the plugin already? I would recommend to do so and check
   what’s possible, this would answer most of your questions I think. It’s free
   so take it for a spin.
 * 1) No all colors are possible
 * 2) Many buttons are already possible. The PRO version offers more options: use
   images / font-awesome icons in the button, another line of text, more font options,
   option to install ready-made button packs saving a lot of work and some more.

 * Thank you – that answers my question on the CSS.
 * I do have the plugin installed already. Nice to know there are more buttons and
   colors with this. I didn’t see where the other button options were. I’ll take
   another look. Thank you.

 * Well, I’ll be danged. I just can’t see where to select different button styles
   and colors. Could you please point me in the right direction? Thank you

 * Nevermind – found the colors. I’ll mark this topic as resolved. Thank you!
