 * If you look at my site on mobile phone i have 3 clickable buttons on page for
   phone call, venues and forms.
 * In the past those buttons were displayed prominently. Now when you scroll up
   or down it fades into background.
 * Not exactly sure how to describe it other than that
 * I added a screen shot of the css code used any maybe someone can see an issue

 * Hello,
 * 1) Your screenshot has the HTML code, not CSS.
 * 2) The buttons work correctly on the AFTER HOURS page where you have the screenshot,
   and on every other page I visited. The homepage seems to be the only place where
   it doesn’t work correctly.
 * 3) The likely reason for the problem is that the buttons (or their patent container)
   have a lower z-index value (a CSS code) than something else on the homepage.
   This might have been introduced by a page builder, something you added to the
   homepage, or maybe the problem has been there all along… just that you might
   have seen the buttons working on other pages and assumed it would work everywhere.
 * 4) I’m on the road now and responding from my cellphone. So I’m unable to check
   your site’s CSS code in the browser’s developer console and suggest a fix for
   you. Let’s hope someone else will jump in and help, else I’ll provide a fix myself
   when I get to a PC.
 * Hang in there!

 * Hi, [@renemiranda123](https://wordpress.org/support/users/renemiranda123/)
    Awesome
   advice from [@gappiah](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gappiah/)
 * It seems that your site renders a special version only for mobile devices – as
   I was unable at first to see your problem when I simply resized my window on
   desktop. I had to reload it in mobile mode. Anyway, George is right – for some
   reason the `z-index` property on the home page is lower / not set at all.
 * Try adding this in Dashboard – Appereance – Customize – Additional CSS in the
   [Customizer](https://wordpress.org/support/article/appearance-customize-screen/)
 *     ```
       #mobile-info-container {
           z-index: 10000 !important;
       }
       ```
 * You can learn how to use the [Chrome Developer Tools](https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/)
   or [Firefox Developer Tools](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools)
   to help you see and test changes to your CSS.
 * Hope this helps,
    Kind regards!
 * hey im having the same issue with those buttons not showing on a different site.
   I tried the same solution but it didn’t work. would you be able to help
 * I guess you are talking about
 * [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/html-or-css-issue/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/html-or-css-issue/)
 * I was very confused why you said there that it doesn’t work, since your last
   reply here stated _ this worked out_ until you posted minutes ago that it’s **
   a different site**. Those two look so similar, it tricked both George and me!
 * Regarding your issue, on this **new** site on my end it works fine. The buttons
   are not hidden. They have a correct z-index value. Make sure you clear your browser’s
   cache or visit the site in an icognito window on your phone / different browser.
   This should fix it.
 * Regards.
 * Glad it works!
 * As a general rule, always clear cache when you want to test things after you
   made a change, especially if your website is optimized to be cached. Saves a
   lot of trouble.
 * Best of luck!
 * [@vladytimy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/vladytimy/) you have been very
   helpful i had 1 last question in relation to this mobile menu of mine.
 * over and over again I’ve tried to change the code on this mobile menu to read“
   call now” and “book now” only as clickable items.
 * adjusting the code all i could get was “call now” and an elongated book now with
   no gold divider
 * currently it has call now, venues and book now.
 * Hi, [@renemiranda123](https://wordpress.org/support/users/renemiranda123/)
 * > I’ve tried to change the code on this mobile menu
 * Ideally, content change should be made from a theme’s file / options in the dashboard.
   Because you are using a child theme we don’t have access to, we can’t really
   help with that.
 * That said, here’s a CSS snippet that hides the 2nd item, adds a border right
   to the 1st one and makes them equal in width. It’s not ideal, but it should work.
 *     ```
       #mobile-info-container .mobile-info:nth-of-type(2) {display: none;}
       #mobile-info-container .mobile-info:nth-of-type(1) {border-right: 1px solid #DDB032;}
       #mobile-info-container .mobile-info {width:49%;}
       ```

 * For further theme modifications, since you use a commercial theme (Divi), please
   go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support
   their
    products.

 * Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products so, [commercial products are not supported in these forums.](https://make.wordpress.org/support/trouble/section-1-getting-started/what-is-not-supported/)
