# CSS disabled for all plugins

 * i am having trouble with a website. It seams CSS is not loaded within plugins.
   They suddendly appear raw and unstyled.
 * Short summary of steps already taken:
 * Here is the updated, very concise version including that point:
   – Issue: Plugin
   CSS (e.g. Ninja Forms, Shariff Wrapped) is not loaded/output on the frontend.–
   Custom theme in use: relaunch-2019 (no child theme).– All relevant WordPress,
   plugin, and theme updates have been applied.– Verified correct placement of wp_head()(
   last in ) and wp_footer() (last before ).– Removed duplicate/manual asset loading(
   duplicate jQuery, legacy conditional scripts).– Reviewed and cleaned CSS loading
   order (duplicate theme styles, additional reset alongside Bootstrap).– No cache
   plugin active (WP_CACHE = false).– Debugging enabled; debug.log reviewed.– PHP
   warnings found in theme functions.php affecting hooks/widgets.– Plugin CSS files
   do not appear in the page source.– Environment: WordPress 6.9, PHP 8.4.16.– Deactivated
   Borlabs, reconfigured Borlabs

 * Good to know there’s a plugin that handles this—I’ve run into missing CSS issues
   before, and combined asset loaders usually save the day🙏👌
