# CSS editor Grid support

 * Hello,
    I have a problem with builtin CSS editor, it does not support fr units.
   How can I update the editor parser to support this unit?

   latest version installation of WordPress if not then you have other options too
   like plugins ( additional CSS editor ) which are having all grid support.

    I have the latest installation 4.9.8, and still the editor
   does not support fr units

 * also grid-gap does marked as unknown property.

 * It is using Code Mirror, not sure what version, so that’s what needs to change.
   It also doesn’t like Custom Properties (CSS variables).

 * Version 5.0.2 and still I have the problems, I can’t find any information about
   an update.
    Please help to solve the issue, really annoying.

 * Version 5.0.3 and still fr css unit (and refuses to ‘save’ change) and
    grid-
   gap error indication (it save’s and works – but error warning still visible)
