 * Hello,
    I have a problem with the css settings in customizing my site.
 * For example I will add code:
    a {display:block} but after refresh page code will
   change to a {\n\tdisplay:block\n}
 * Any idea to solve this?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcss-errors-in-customize%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * It should be `display:block;`, though I don’t know if the semicolon is required
   in this case. Anyway, this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt
   to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem
   goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
   change the theme for JUST you, while you’re still logged in, **without affecting
   normal visitors to your site**. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/
   off plugins and themes one at a time. See [https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/)

 * Thanks a lot for your fast response. I already tried all you write. But still
   same result.
