 * I’m customizing the coffee theme for my own purposes and am now stuck. I don’t
   seem to be able to find where in the style sheet the orange header text and links
   are being set.

 * The only color in your style-sheet which is something like dark red is in the
   visited link-color:

    color: #b7745a; border-bottom:1px dashed; background:none; }
