 * New install but no css in dashboard
 * source says
    <link rel=’stylesheet’ href=’../../wordpress/wp-includes/http://
   www.darrelldv.f2s.com/ebooty/wordpress/wp-admin/css/dashboard.css?ver=20081210′
 * but I think it sould just be
 * <link rel=’stylesheet’ href=’[http://www.darrelldv.f2s.com/ebooty/wordpress/wp-admin/css/dashboard.css?ver=20081210&#8242](http://www.darrelldv.f2s.com/ebooty/wordpress/wp-admin/css/dashboard.css?ver=20081210&#8242);
 * how do I loose the
    ../../wordpress/wp-includes/

 * cleared server and started again on a different machine.
    rewrote config file
   installed in subfolder as before but now works fine
