# css loading issue

 * The front end display stopped working for this plugin recently, though on a backup
   site with the same plugin it still worked fine.
    Viewing the page source showed
   a link on the working site xxx/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/public/
   themes-ai1ec/vortex/css/ai1ec_parsed_css.css?ver=3.0.0 and on the non-working
   site xxx/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/cache/4a5536ec_ai1ec_parsed_css.
   css?ver=3.0.0 What could account for the differences, and how do I correct it?
   I disabled all other plugins and tried default WordPress themes but none of that
   made any difference.
