# CSS lost suddenly

 * Suddenly my weblog is displaying with no CSS styling at all, as if the style.
   css file was missing, but it’s not. I’ve been trying to trouble shoot this for
   many hours now and am at a loss. Luckily it’s just a draft blog, but I had hoped
   to go live in a few days.
 * I’ve searched through the support forum and found several people who have lost
   their styling for one reason or another, but none of those cases is helpful in
   my situation.
 * Switching to other themes does not help.
 * Strangly, no images display either — even though a number of the posts contain
   them and the *.jpg’s are still on the server in the right place.
 * This is a new WP1.5.2 install on a reliable remote host: [http://www.centeredwork.com/fam/](http://www.centeredwork.com/fam/)
 * Any help is greatly appreciated; I’ve run out of ideas (which likely means it
   is something staring me in the face and I’m just missing seeing the obvious).

 * I was changing permissions on a subdirectory of wp-content and apparently changed
   them on wp-content itself.
