    Greetings.

I created a New Sidebar. I’m using Startit theme, and I want to know how to make new Sidebars with the same CSS style that the one who cames by default. The new one I did take some of the CSS, but not complete. Align is center, instead left. Related Posts are only a list of links without images, Categories and Archive are out of the same CSS…

Could you help me? I want to create new sidebars that could be used in different pages instead the default one, but with the same style. Page is under construction so if you need to see what i am talking about you need to login as demo /demo in ociobits.com/wp-login

  • Hello @ociobits

    I hope you’re well today!

In general, it’s very likely that you would need to add some additional “wrapper” elements to your sidebars in “Advanced” mode of custom sidebar settings: the “before” and after” options for title and widget. Checking the default sidebar with browser’s “Inspect Element” tool should help identify those elements.

Unfortunately though, even after logging in as demo user, I still can only see the “coming soon” page. I’m also not familiar with the theme that you’re using and I don’t have access to it.

Would you consider “opening” the site (or at least these two example pages) or could you please double-check “coming soon” settings to make them visible? Update us here, please, once those pages are accessible so we could check the sidebars’ markup.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello @ociobits

We haven’t heard back from you for a while, so I’m marking this as “resolved”.
Feel free to post back any updates or open a new ticket about it.

    Take care,
    Dimitris
