 * Hello, I’m using the free Version. I know that there will be limited support
and WP-Rocket. Both plugins should work fine together but I keep getting the
problem that after using the Redis Plugin the website CSS is broken. Once I delete
the Redis Cache it works fine again.
Unfortunately there is no setting where
I can exclude things. Is there any way in solving this problem.
 * Thanks.

 * That might be an incompatibility with another plugin that’s generating the CSS.
 * Redis Object Cache won’t touch static CSS files.

 * Thanks for the reply. We use WP Rocket which does caching but they say there
is no problem when working with Redis and WP Rocket.
My only clue is that once
I get to the problem it get solved when I clear the Redis Cache, then the page
works fine again. So everytime I had the problem I deleted the cache and the
page was fine again. Therefor I switched it off for now.

 * I’m having the same issue. Any time we make changes to our site, Redis somehow
deletes or disables our CSS so the pages load all jumbled. After a cache purge
it’s fine, but it keeps happening causing us massive problems. We’re using Avada
to handle our theme, which Redis should be compatible with, as it’s one of the
larger page builders and is very common.

 * [@shepstar](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shepstar/) Are you using Avada
   as well?

 * I’m using Avada, but not WP Rocket. Seems like a lot of Avada users run into
this issue with Redis caching, but I’ve never seen any solutions posted.
 * I changed the Avada setting for how CSS is stored, moving it into the DB rather
than in files, and this partially fixed the issue, but now we randomly get a
core Avada JS file that 404s, preventing images from displaying. This too is
addressed by purging the Redis cache. (not the object cache)
