 * Can it possible for under special user role in the cart page instead of showing
   quantity I want to display pallets but for public I want to display quantity.
   does anybody knows how can I do this

 * Thanks for using this plugin.
 * As i understand, For specific user role, You want to show pallets / no of bullets
   equal to quantity and for public it should be default number for quantity.
 * This plugin does not do this, but you can achieve this from the Woocommerce Template
   which shows quantity with a condition for that role.
