# CSS Styling Class Doesn’t Work

 * There’s been some issue with our forms. The column settings don’t seem to work
   all the time.
 * There are some fields that are supposed to display in half column or 1/3 or 2/
   3 but but they aren’t doing it.
 * We have like 6 forms that we created and 5 of them have the same issue.
 * Please help.

 * It looks like you are using the Premium version of our plugin, and we only offer
   support for the Lite version here.
 * Could you please open a ticket in our helpdesk for premium support? I would recommend
   adding an XML export of your form so that our support team can check the configuration
   of your form quickly and easily.
