Css styling radios and checkboxes

Hi,
Thank You for Your great work. I really love Your plug-in. It helps me a lot. But one thing dont allow me to sleep.

I want to change appearance of radio and checkboxes. I checked many tutorials ex: http://www.csscheckbox.com/radio-buttons/0/
http://code.stephenmorley.org/html-and-css/styling-checkboxes-and-radio-buttons/

I tried used it editing the stylepublic.css file in “/wp-content/plugins/calculated-fields-form/css/stylepublic.css” but I can`t achieve satisfying results.

Perhaps You have some stylepublic.css with changed appearance of radio and checkboxes.

Could You paste here or send me a proper modified stylepublic.css that i can analyze and understood how to styling Your plug-in?
