 * On the homepage of my website [http://www.labretgraphics.co.uk](http://www.labretgraphics.co.uk)
   I would like to make the skillset features have a hover-over function. I’m not
   great with stuff like this so unsure if it can go in the widget customisation
   CSS box? I would just like it to have a background glow or slightly enlarge when
   the mouse is over them.
